Dharwad, Jan. 12: “The reason why India is growing globally today is because of the ideals of Swami Vivekananda. Swami Vivekananda considered the entire country as a home and set out to do good for the world through that home. We all need to adopt Vivekananda’s ideals and move towards the goal of taking the nation to the highest glory by making every citizen of the country live a self-reliant life,” said thinker Srishaila Yadahalli. He spoke as the spokesperson for the National Youth Day celebration program held herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Dharwad, Neeralkatti. The ‘Viveka Chintana’ program had been organized in the school for the last three days. The students sang the Chagi song.
ಧಾರವಾಡ, ಜ. 12: “ಭಾರತವು ಇಂದು ಜಾಗತಿಕವಾಗಿ ಬೆಳೆಯಲು ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ವಿವೇಕಾನಂದರ ಆದರ್ಶಗಳೇ ಕಾರಣವಾಗಿದೆ. ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ವಿವೇಕಾನಂದರು ಇಡೀ ದೇಶವನ್ನೇ ಒಂದು ಮನೆಯೆಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಂಡು ಆ ಮನೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಜಗತ್ತಿನ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಮಾಡಲು ಹೊರಟರು. ವಿವೇಕಾನಂದರ ತತ್ವಾದರ್ಶಗಳನ್ನು ನಾವೆಲ್ಲ ರೂಢಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ದೇಶದ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ಪ್ರಜೆಯೂ ಸ್ವಾವಲಂಬಿ ಜೀವನವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸುವುದರ ಮೂಲಕ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರವನ್ನು ಪರಮ ವೈಭವದ ಕಡೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗುವ ಗುರಿಯ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಮುನ್ನಡೆಯಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ” ಎಂದು ಚಿಂತಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಶೈಲ ಯಡಹಳ್ಳಿ ಇವರು ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಪಟ್ಟರು. ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಧಾರವಾಡ, ನೀರಲಕಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಯುವ ದಿನಾಚರಣೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ವಕ್ತಾರರಾಗಿ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು. ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಳೆದ ಮೂರು ದಿನಗಳಿಂದ ‘ವಿವೇಕ ಚಿಂತನ’ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಂದ ಚಾಗಿ ಗೀತೆಯ ಗಾಯನ ನಡೆಯಿತು.
