Dharwad, Sept. 25: The ‘Namami Bharata’ program was organised at Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Dharwad, Neeralakatti to mark the 150th-anniversary celebrations of the ‘Vande Mataram’ song.
- Speaking as the keynote speaker, thinker Santosh Pujar remarked, “‘Vande Mataram’ is one of the most significant songs that instilled a sense of patriotism during India’s freedom movement. ‘Vande Mataram’ is not merely a song; it is a symbol of patriotism, sacrifice, and reverence for the motherland within the context of India’s struggle for independence.”
- Following the flag-hoisting ceremony at the event, the ‘Vande Mataram’ song was sung collectively.
- The birth anniversary of Deendayal Upadhyaya was also observed on this occasion.
- Student Adamya Deshpande spoke on the topic, “Great Achiever – Deendayal Upadhyaya”.”
ಧಾರವಾಡ, ಸೆ. 25: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಧಾರವಾಡ, ನೀರಲಕಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಂದೇ ಮಾತರಂ ಗೀತೆಯ 150ನೇ ವರ್ಷಾಚರಣೆ ಅಂಗವಾಗಿ ನಮಾಮಿ ಭಾರತ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಯಿತು.
- ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಖ್ಯ ವಕ್ತಾರರಾಗಿ ಆಗಮಿಸಿದ ಚಿಂತಕರಾದ ಸಂತೋಷ ಪೂಜಾರ ಅವರು, “ವಂದೇ ಮಾತರಂ ಭಾರತದ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ಚಳವಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ದೇಶಭಕ್ತಿಯ ಭಾವನೆ ಮೂಡಿಸಿದ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಗೀತೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದಾಗಿದೆ. ವಂದೇ ಮಾತರಂ ಕೇವಲ ಒಂದು ಗೀತೆಯಲ್ಲ; ಅದು ಭಾರತದ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ಹೋರಾಟದಲ್ಲಿ ದೇಶಭಕ್ತಿ, ತ್ಯಾಗ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾತೃಭೂಮಿಯ ಮೇಲಿನ ಗೌರವದ ಸಂಕೇತವಾಗಿದೆ” ಎಂದು ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಪಟ್ಟರು.
- ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಧ್ವಜಾರೋಹಣ ನೆರವೇರಿದ ನಂತರ ವಂದೇ ಮಾತರಂ ಗೀತೆಯು ಸಾಮೂಹಿಕವಾಗಿ ಮೊಳಗಿತು.
- ಇದೇ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ದೀನ ದಯಾಳ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಾಯರ ಜಯಂತಿಯನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
- ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಅದಮ್ಯ ದೇಶಪಾಂಡೆ ‘ಮಹಾನ್ ಸಾಧಕ-ದೀನ ದಯಾಳ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಾಯ’ ಎಂಬ ವಿಷಯದ ಕುರಿತು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು.
