Dharwad, July 26: Kargil Victory Day was celebrated at Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Dharwad, Neeralakatti.
- Teacher Smt. Roopa Raichur said, “Kargil is the crown jewel of the country. The attack by the enemy on this region is very unfortunate. The Kargil Victory Day is the result of the brave fight of the Indian Army in the Kargil battle. Everyone in the country should contribute their own contribution to the defence of the country. Only then can the country be safe.”
- A video on the Kargil Victory Day was shown at the program.
The students paid homage to the brave soldiers by reciting a speech and a self-composed poem.
ಧಾರವಾಡ, ಜು. 26: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಧಾರವಾಡ, ನೀರಲಕಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಗಿಲ್ ವಿಜಯೋತ್ಸವ ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
- “ಕಾರ್ಗಿಲ್ ದೇಶದ ಮುಕುಟಪ್ರಾಯವಾಗಿ ಕಂಗೊಳಿಸಿದ ಪ್ರದೇಶ. ಈ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ಮೇಲೆ ವೈರಿ ಪಡೆಯ ದಾಳಿ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಶೋಚನೀಯ. ಕಾರ್ಗಿಲ್ ಕದನದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಸೇನೆಯ ಕೆಚ್ಚೆದೆಯ ಹೋರಾಟದ ಫಲವೇ ಕಾರ್ಗಿಲ್ ವಿಜಯೋತ್ಸವ. ದೇಶದ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರೂ ದೇಶದ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಗೆ ತಮ್ಮದೇ ಆದ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ನೀಡಬೇಕು. ಅಂದಾಗ ಮಾತ್ರ ದೇಶ ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತವಾಗಿರಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯ” ಎಂದು, ಶಿಕ್ಷಕಿ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ರೂಪಾ ರಾಯಚೂರು ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಪಟ್ಟರು.
- ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಗಿಲ್ ವಿಜಯೋತ್ಸವದ ಕುರಿತು ವಿಡಿಯೋವೊಂದನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಭಾಷಣ ಹಾಗೂ ಸ್ವರಚಿತ ಕವನವನ್ನು ವಾಚಿಸುವುದರ ಮೂಲಕ ವೀರಯೋಧರಿಗೆ ನಮನವನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರು.
