Shubhamangala. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">She spoke as the spokesperson for the National Library Day held at Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra \u2013 Dharwad, Neeralkatti. On this occasion, the father of libraries, S. R. Ranganathan, was remembered.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Student Atharva Kulkarni spoke on the topic &#8216;S. R. Ranganathan&#8217;s contribution to the library sector&#8217;.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Magazine writing, poetry writing, creative writing, book review competitions were organised especially for children on this day.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prizes were distributed to the winners of the competitions on this occasion.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The prize distribution was conducted by Sri Srikanth Kumbara.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vadiraj Desai, who read the most books in an academic year, i.e. 63, won the &#8216;Reader of the Year&#8217;
