The goal of yoga is not just to fix the body. It helps in purifying all three elements including mind, body and soul. Yoga is not just physical exercise. Yoga is not just an asana. It makes the mind calm and stable. It removes stress and increases concentration. Therefore, we need to adopt yoga in our daily lives and move forward to build a strong India,&#8221; said B.M. Mundinamani, retired principal of Sri Harbhata P.U. College, Kundgol.<br \/>\nHe spoke as the chief spokesperson of the World Yoga Day program held herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra \u2013 Dharwad, Neeralkatti. Principal Dr. Anita Rai taught the Sankalpa at the program. Yoga teacher Sri Atmanand conducted a group yoga asana.
