    Uniform and complete development of all five aspects of human personality can happen only through integral education or Panchamukhi Shikshana<\/strong> that achieves Panchakoshatmak Vikaas or Paripurnata of Manav.<\/p>

    The five-fold\u00a0Panchamukhi Shikshana<\/strong>\u00a0integrates physical, psychological, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual activities into the school curriculum, aligning with the NCERT syllabus for comprehensive child development. Most schools focus on training a child to take examinations. Education for life beyond examinations and empowerment to ennoblement is often considered extracurricular.\u00a0 However, learning is only meaningful when it prepares a child for life. The\u00a0Panchamukhi Shikshana<\/strong>\u00a0addresses this need.       Globally, people perceive physical education (PE) and sports as less critical for a child\u2019s education than intellectual development. However, physical development forms the foundation of education and is vital for overall well-being and enjoyment.<\/p>

      • Understand the behaviour of Manas.<\/li>
      • Train the Manas to handle negativity.<\/li>
      • Purify Manas by removing defilements \u2013 Arishad Varga: Kaama, Krodha, Lobha, Moha, Mada, Matsarya.<\/li>
      • Learn concentration and active detachment.<\/li><\/ul>

        Engaging in practices like Ashtanga yoga and meditation cultivates a peaceful, strong, and balanced mind, which we can easily direct towards larger goals and higher visions.<\/p>

          Emotional development encompasses \u201cManomay Kosha,\u201d focusing on aspects related to the mind. Thought, the root of all actions, is influenced by the behaviour of the mind. Manomay kosha deals with managing emotions and building positive social relationships. Developing the mind is crucial for building a robust Emotional Quotient (EQ).<\/p>

            Our intellect allows us to think independently, discern between good and evil, and make logical decisions by analysing situations.                   ROOTS \u2013 Rashtrotthana Old Students\u2019 Organization for Transforming Society<\/p>

                  ROOTS was established in the year 2008.<\/p>

                  As the name indicates, this is the alumni association for all alumni of our school.<\/p>

                  The association was officially founded in the year 2008 when a meeting of the Old Students and Staff of the School was held on campus. A formal Constitution was adopted for the association in that meeting. The membership in the association is open to all the Old Students of the School. The fee for life membership is Rs. 1000.<\/p>
