Dharwad, Aug 9: Nagara Panchami was celebrated herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Dharwad, Niralakatti. Sri Harsha Bhat performed the puja. Sri Shivraj Bhat, social science teacher, spoke about the specialness of the festival.
